Returns & Exchanges

At clé tile, we take pride in the artisanal nature of our products and want you to be satisfied with your order. We accept returns on most stocked items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your return consists of at least full, unopened boxes of current stock items and is within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer experience team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse return address for your material.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your tiles on a pallet or in reinforced boxes to prevent breakage during transit; please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned material for damage and confirms it is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
